Installer Job Description:

Job Summary
Installers work in a fast paced environment where you will be performing installation work at customer locations consistently focusing on superior quality and performance. As an installation team member, you will be setting up shelving and assembling, racking and mezzanine systems within various sizes of warehouses, shops, and wide range of businesses.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Work with teams to safely build pallet racking systems
• Disassemble and reposition beams and shelving in a warehouse
• Assembling pallets racks and shelving systems for warehouses and various store fronts
• Moving or replacing shelving and/or racking systems for relocations or facility improvements
• Handle material by relocating or adjusting position of stock according to layout

Skills Required/Qualifications/Physical Demands
• High school education or GED preferred but not required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous warehouse and/or installation experience
• Operate basic power and/or hand tools (screw drivers, drills, roto-hammers etc.)
• Lift up to 50-75 lbs. and able to bend repeatedly
• Working heights of 10-30 ft. harnessed in lifts
• Experience in operating Forklifts, Scissor lifts a plus
• Customer service; resolving customer issues, assuring appropriate customer communication, and following up on customer requests. on customer requests
• Able to work independently with a positive “can do” attitude
• Strong safety conscience attitude and work ethic
• Bilingual capabilities not required, but are a plus (Spanish)
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
